Is there a booking fee on top of slot prices?

Yes, a flat Rs. 2 platform fee is added per booking (not per slot). This covers payment processing and confirmation services.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund. Cancellations within 12–24 hours receive a 50% credit voucher. No-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduling is free up to 6 hours before.
Do monthly pass hours roll over?

Unused hours do not roll over to the next month. We recommend the pass only if you play regularly enough to use all included hours.
How is peak vs. off-peak time determined?

Peak hours are 5 pm – 8 pm on weekdays and all day on weekends. Off-peak is 6 am – 9 am and 12 pm – 5 pm. Late evening (8 pm+) carries a small 10% premium.
